Two-way connectivity should be possible, that is, an employer should be able to connect to a potential employee and an employee should be able to connect to an employer. Matchmaking among more than two stakeholders should also be possible.

Any platform or system developed for community co-creation should be simple and easy to use. It should be easy to access and has a clean user interface.

Moderated discussion forums should be available to discuss problems, needs, and their solutions among the community members and it should be possible to rate a suggestion or a solution.

Activities should be delivered at primary schools. In the industry activities should be delivered with the idea of reverse mentoring

The design features or functionalities of the platform suggested by the participants include generative AI based chatbot, fact pages, upskilling resources, case studies and events.

There should be an experience centre for showcasing manufacturer’s technology and promoting make UK slogan. There should be funded delivery of   high digital skills programmes and training according to the need of capabilities.
